The only differences are that you don't attend onsite classes or use our physical classroom for revision. For crashcourses, 10 of 13 are included in ETG Digital (JC2) — note that in the regular physical programme, crashcourses are separate add-ons, so Digital students actually get more bundled in from the start.

Both. You get full access to our live weekly CORE Zoom lessons where you can participate and ask questions in real time. You also get the complete recorded lesson library to watch at your own pace. If you miss a live session, it's recorded and uploaded.

Yes. From June onwards, both JC1 and JC2 students in our regular programmes get access to our weekly Graded Homework Programme — PDF solutions, video walkthroughs, and personal homework grading. ETG Digital students receive the same access. If you want additional essay marking beyond the homework programme, you can opt for the Unlimited Essay Marking add-on ($654 incl. GST).

ETG Digital includes recorded videos and the same resources that onsite students receive for all 10 of these crashcourses: Topical Consolidation Parts 1 & 2, Microeconomics Content Crashcourse, Macroeconomics Content Crashcourse, Essay Skills Booster, CSQ Skills Booster, Essay Bootcamp Level 1 (10 essays), Essay Bootcamp Level 2 (24 essays), CSQ Bootcamp Level 1 (8 CSQs), and CSQ Bootcamp Level 2 (16 CSQs).

Three crashcourses are not included and require a separate top-up: the ETG Fast Track Programme (June), ETG Essence Workshop (October), and ETG TYS Programme (3 days in Oct/Nov). If you purchased the JC1 + JC2 bundle, you can use your $400 crashcourse credits to offset these.

The 70.3% A-rate is from our 2024 whole-cohort data — not cherry-picked top scorers. We publish this transparently and acknowledge that results are subject to response bias (not every student reports back) and selection bias (students who join tuition may be more motivated). We believe honest reporting, including limitations, is more useful than inflated claims.

We actually recommend you do a trial with us first before deciding. Trial lessons prior to May are free, and from May onwards there is a paid trial fee. We'd suggest doing an onsite trial if possible — you'll get to browse our materials in person and speak with our admin team. Book a trial here.

Yes. If you're taking the international A Levels, we recommend the JC1 + JC2 bundle. The Singapore A Levels is more rigorous than the international version, so our programme will more than cover what you need — and you'll likely benefit from the additional depth and exam technique training. Hardcopy materials can be couriered internationally (additional shipping may apply).

The regular ETG programme is our weekly class-based tuition. You attend lessons onsite or via Zoom, pay by term or annually (around 30% of students choose annual), and get all the perks of being a full ETG student — onsite access, consults, homework marking, and the flexibility to switch between Zoom and onsite week to week. Fully Zoom students pay slightly less (about $5 less per lesson), but most students choose onsite because they can still Zoom whenever they need to.

ETG Digital differs in three ways. First, everything is fully online — you never come onsite. Second, you make a one-time payment upfront rather than paying by term. Third, 10 of 13 crashcourses are bundled in (the regular programme treats crashcourses as separate add-ons). If you prefer weekly classes with the option to attend in person, the regular programme is the better fit. If you want full digital access with everything bundled, ETG Digital is designed for you.

No, and we're upfront about that. If you need the structured environment of a physical classroom, prefer face-to-face interaction with tutors, or like staying behind after class to ask questions in person — onsite tuition is the better choice. If you'd rather pay by term instead of making a one-time commitment, the regular programme is a better fit too.

We created ETG Digital because we know there's a specific type of student it serves well: independent learners who prefer studying at their own pace, students who like extended binge-study sessions, those who are comfortable working through material on their own, and students who want convenience and flexibility over a fixed weekly schedule. If that sounds like you — welcome onboard.

We do not entertain refunds for ETG Digital. Upon registration, your LMS access is activated, digital lessons are released, and hardcopy materials are processed and couriered — there is no meaningful way for us to calculate the value of what has been accessed versus what hasn't. The total value of materials and resources released to you far exceeds the price you pay, so partial refunds aren't feasible either.

We strongly encourage you to think this through before purchasing. Do a trial class first. Talk to us. We're a responsible centre — we're not here to coax you into purchasing. We want you to make an informed decision, and we ask that you respect our position once that decision is made.
